As part of our celebrations to mark Hospital Broadcasting
Week BRIDGEfm we were granted permission to increase the power
of our FM transmissions giving you a unique chance to hear hospital
radio without having to be in hospital!
From Sunday 1 April until Saturday 7 April
2007 BRIDGEfm Hospital Radio broadcast throughout
Dundee and North Fife on our normal frequency of 87.7fm.
RSL Programme Sponsors
There are substantial costs involved in running
our week of special programmes and we offered local companies
the chance to sponsor one or more of our special programmes.
Listeners throughout Dundee and North Fife
heard their support and when our
programmes were also broadcast on DAB Digital Radio our potential
audience rose to 430,000!
Our service is now also available in Craigmill
House (Strathmartine) and Liff Hospital (coming soon) thanks
to a donation of nine DAB Digital Radios from shop@Panasonic,
Whitehall Street, Dundee.
