Send us your special request or dedication

Please complete the Request form below and press the 'Submit request' button to send us your request or dedication. If you make a mistake and want to clear the form press the 'Reset form' button.

Requests are usually played from 7pm nightly but please try and give us at least 24 hours to process your request. The request programme is also broadcast across Tayside and North Fife on The Shared Access Channel on DAB digital radio Sunday to Thursday inclusive. This allows patients to submit requests for their family or friends tuned in to The Shared Access Channel on DAB Digital Radio.

Unless you state otherwise all details may be broadcast not only within the hospitals but also on our DAB Digital service throughout Tayside and North Fife. However we are only allowed to broadcasts the first name of any patient in hospital as part of the Trust's Privacy policy.

The Tayside Hospital Broadcasting Group respects your privacy. We are committed to a privacy policy that gives you peace of mind and confidence in dealing with this charity. We will not provide your information to any third party unless required by law to do so.
